• Artistic Renderings: Computer-generated images, 3D floor renders, virtual tours, and walkthrough graphics are artistic impressions created to convey the design intent of the project. They do not constitute photographs of finished structures.
• Site Photographs: Photographs clearly designated as “site photographs” depict actual on-site progress on the date stated on the photograph and are subject to continuous construction evolution.

Statutory charges, stamp duties, registration fees, GST, and related municipal levies are applicable as per prevailing government norms and are not included in base indicative figures unless explicitly stated.
