Your right to opt out: If at any time you wish to discontinue receiving communications from us, you can simply notify our sales representative during a call, reply with “STOP” on WhatsApp or SMS, or contact us using the details below. We honor all opt-out requests immediately.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We hold your trust in high regard. We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your personal data to third-party marketing companies, lead brokers, or unrelated commercial organizations.

6. Cookies, Advertising & Analytics

We use standard session flags and browser local storage for functional purposes, such as remembering that an enquiry modal has already been dismissed.

We also advertise on Google Search and use Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics to measure which advertisements lead to enquiries. These services set cookies and receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the advertisement click identifier that brought you here. When you submit an enquiry, the click identifier is stored with your enquiry so that we can tell which advertisement produced it.

Enhanced conversions: when you submit an enquiry, your phone number is converted in your browser into a one-way hashed code before being sent to Google. Google uses this code only to match the enquiry to an advertisement click; it cannot be turned back into your number. Google processes this data under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms.

You can control personalised advertising at Google Ad Settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not stop the website or the enquiry forms from working.
